there are just so many stories to tell of so many people so I decided I'm going to try to tell at least one story (hopefully a day!) of the people that deeply impact me here.
Meet Luis.
He is called "the ends of the earth" because mostly no one in La Limonada wants go near him. His job is to clean out the sewage, and the sewage here consists of everyone dumping there trash and whatever else they don't want in a ravine that is filled with water. You can imagine how disgusting that is. Luis cleans it without shoes on, because he doesn't have any shoes.
He decided to follow Jesus about a year ago and what that has done in his heart is just so beautiful. He truly is a changed person.
He smiles now.
He wants to talk to you.
He knows Jesus meets him right where he's at.
He's so thankful for all that God has given him.
He's such a gentle soul and I love that he's my friend.
