TERRITORY AGRONOMIST MANAGER - AMBON

Responsibilities :

• Act as company’s representative in Agriculture Product and Business Partner for Plantation Owner/Management in managing the operational of Agronomy and plantation process to ensure all planting procedures are executed according to company’s Standard.
• Act as generalist in Agronomy Practices and Agriculture Product Quality Standards, Ensuring KPI achievements, supervise seedlings nursery (technical in terms of process monitoring including number of seeds), supervise & control in product drying & cleaning process, fertilizer distribution program.

Requirement:

• Fluent in English
• Willing to be base in outside Jakarta area
• Bachelor Degree in Agronomy / Engineering / management
• 5-7 years working experiences with minimum 2 years experience in Managerial positions (Sales, Marketing & Production)
• Having experiences in agronomy area will be an advantage
