HR Supervisor Pekanbaru

• Male, maximum 32 years old.
• Bachelor degree majoring Psychology/Law with min. GPA 2.80 from reputable university
• Have experience in the Human Development Resources min. 2 years.
• Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation , HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Jamsostek and Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill,
• Strong computer skills with significant experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Fast and eager learner with excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated, independent, success driven, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Will be placed in Pekanbaru- Riau.
