SITE MANAGER (SM) - (Permata Hijau, Cimanggis, Sentul, Depok)

Requirements :

• Male, max 40 year old
• Min S1 majoring civil engineering
• Able to organize & coordinate the Contractor / Subcontractors & all personnel involved in project implementation
• Ability to Plan & Control Engineering Construction Project Progress
• Master Job Scheduling, resource scheduling, cost control, contract management, inventory & quality assurance.
• Have the ability to analyze images of construction
• Monitor and maintain the project time schedule
• Capable of handling consumer complaints resolution
• Great communication skill and Team Player
• 3+ years as a site manager or project in construction or developer company
• Ready to handle job pressure
• Highly motivated, dynamic, excellent communication and leadership skill
• Have the ability to create bill of quantity form architectural drawings for the purpose of tendering documents to contractors
• Have the ability to evaluate construction progress
• Have the ability to set construction budget
